It’s Queensland’s most scenic and longest running fun run. The Jetty 2 Jetty Fun Run takes place around the stunning Redcliffe Peninsula, offering four great events to entrants each year. In 2020, the annual event will run on Sunday the 19th of July from Pelican Park in Clontarf. With races ranging from 3km to a half marathon, there is a race for everyone to compete in. The Challenge is an off road and self navigated challenge through the picturesque Hertfordshire countryside around Stevenage. This is the 26th year of this event. RUN or WALK our classic off-road courses Half Marathon, 18miles, Full Marathon or 50k Ultra. The event will be held under ARC rules. This year the Challenge will be held on Sunday 19th of July 2020. Participants will be free to start shortly after 08:00 and before 10:00 and must check in at the Start before leaving. Date: 25th July 2020 Venue: Uluru in Kata Tjuta National Park Make the Australian Outback Marathon the running event of your year! Although this race is popular with local runners, for most, it’s a once in a lifetime experience. It’s not every day marathoners get to take in the stunning views of Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) as the kilometres tick by. Enjoyed by both professional runners, club runners, casual runners  and beginners, there are events for all running levels including the full marathon, half marathon, 11km and 6km fun runs. In addition to its beauty, the course is relatively flat, with only a couple inclines and sand dunes. The Isle of Man Marathon is a competitor friendly event taking place on the picturesque course in the North of the Island, nestled between England and Ireland. The Half Marathon has been voted in ‘Runners’ World’ as one of the top ten races in the United Kingdom. Stunning Scenery and an undulating route await those who enter. The race, as in previous years, will be run over the Manx Northern course, starting and finishing in Ramsey. Start in Ramsey. Head along Mooragh Promenade past the site of the former Grand Island hotel and on to Bride. From there to Andreas and St Judes before turning back towards Ramsey. The Glencoe Marathon, the first marathon to be run through this amazing landscape, links Glen Nevis with the great Glencoe. Taking in two gruelling climbs, with a total ascent of 1369m as well as the Devil’s Staircase, a gruelling 240 metre descent over the eastern edge of the truly fearsome Aonach Eagach Ridge, runners will be rewarded at every turn with views of some of the most stunning and dramatic mountains in the Scottish Highlands. Set in the stunning surroundings of Denbies Vineyard near Dorking the Bacchus Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K have rapidly become must-do events on the UK running calendar.  Most of the field turn out in fancy dress, there are numerous bands playing around the course but it’s the drinks station on route that separates Bacchus from other running races and epitomise the spirit of the event. You will have the chance to sample six fabulous English wines, at five drinks stations along the course with two wines served at the last station, with food and soft drinks to accompany them. If you are running the marathon you go around twice which means 12 wines!
