The Rimi Vilnius Marathon is an annual city marathon, held in Vilnius, Lithuania. First introduced in 2001 as 10k race it evolved to a classic marathon in 2004. The half marathon was introduced in 2006. The Rimi Vilnius Marathon is AIMS certified since 2007. It is one of the fastest growing marathons in the Baltics and the biggest running festival in Lithuania. Vilnius itself is a centre of attraction to the runners from all over the world- the old town of the city is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The city preserved an impressive complex of Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and classical buildings as well as its medieval layout and natural setting. With almost 10.000 participants and 70.000 spectators, the 2024 Kassel Marathon will take on 15. September. The race leads the athletes through the federal city of Kassel, along the Fulda and past many sights and landmarks of the city. 2024 is going to be a weekend of running celebrations as we celebrate our 12th anniversary! GoFundMe Richmond RUN-FEST in south west London, consists of 4 different distanced events, 10,000 runners, a music stage and a fitness expo. We are known for our amazing male & female cut tech T-shirts and our chunky triangle medals. We have the privilege to start our Richmond Half Marathon and Richmond marathon inside the beautiful Kew Gardens as well as hosting the Richmond RUN-FEST 10K that offers runners an amazing performance enhancing musical tour guide, completely within the Royal Botanical Gardens. As part of our 2012 Olympic legacy pledge, we organise a series of kids mile races for over 1,000 kids at Old Deer Park followed by our fun Visit Cayman Islands SUNDOWN 5K run and after-party. The Republic of Moldova is a small country in south-eastern Europe, with many traditions and beautiful customs. The people of Moldova are characterized by hospitality and generosity. In Moldova, you can find the largest collection of wines in Europe and the largest complex of wine galleries, a unique atmosphere in a rustic style and picturesque landscapes. Dorney Lake, situated near the village of Dorney in Buckinghamshire, is a purpose built rowing lake with grounds that are a perfect backdrop to running as well as rowing. The flat course is ideal for a personal best over the marathon or half distance. A whopping 94% of 2021 participants surveyed got a PB at our Dorney Lake Marathon. Thecourse has been measured by London Marathon course measurer Hugh Jones. A fast marathon, hafmarathon and 10 km in nature with a minimum elevation gain, created to break personal records even for novice runners. The race track starts and ends on the historic square in Třeboň, but then the whole route leads  through the Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area along flat paths with a smooth surface and asphalt cycle paths between ponds and forests, meadows and picturesque cottages. The Budapest Marathon is part of a 2-day festival all about running. On Sunday the focus is on the marathon, however, you may also run 30 km, a marathon in a team of 2 or 4. While on Saturday the focus in on a shorter distances for the less experienced runners. With distances ranging from 400 m to 42 km everyone in the family can find their own challenge and take part in the running festival.
